Required Skills & Qualifications

• • Minimum of 5 years experience in an overseas employment agency as a Sourcing Officer or PRO.
  • Nationwide strong network for candidates pooling.
  • Basic knowledge of CVs & candidates screening.
  • Experience in candidate sourcing.
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Basic knowledge of CV/Resume.
  • Understanding of job profiles for various blue-collar positions.
  • Team player
  • Time management
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good communication skills in the English language
