• We ensure that the candidates are screened prior to submitting the CVs to the employers.
• We conduct a pre-interview to screen and select suitable applicants as per the standard of the Employer.
• Reference checking when necessary based on the details of CVs provided by candidates.
• Pre-employment medical test of the selected applicants through qualified and accredited Medical Clinic to undertake & make sure that they are medically fit
• Process Sign up, considered and medically cleared applicants to the Employment Contract, process the same and submit, for approval.
• Coordinating with the Employer closely to ease all the process of recruitment from the initial period until the staff report.
• Process and obtain necessary documents from the local authorities in the respective countries to complete formalities.
• Conduct a thorough Pre-departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS) to all departing staff as prescribed by the concerned authorities and informing about, “Do & Don’t” of the host country.
• Informing the Employer through the fastest means of communication about the travel itinerary of staff and coordinating with them to meet them and assist the arriving at the port of entry.
• Deploy the workers within 10 -20 day's time from the date of visa issued.
